Titre: Logging to file
Posté par: davidvg le mars 12, 2019, 01:12:33 13
Hi, I ussually go through the logging window searching for data. It could be interesting to have the possibility to log the same information to a file, which could be more easily inspected.
It could be configured in the siril.cfg file... or not :)

Thank you very much for your great work.
David.

Sorry if this is not the correct place for this message, I have just discovered the "Development proposals" thread.

Hello David, thanks for the idea. As developers, we mainly use siril from a terminal, so it's easy to redirect the output of siril to a file in that case. But I agree that it could be nice, especially on windows, to have it redirected to an officiel log file.
