Did you checked the option "Debayer FITS file in up-bottom orientation" ???

XBAYROFF= 1 / X offset of Bayer array
YBAYROFF= 0 / Y offset of Bayer array
BAYERPAT= 'GRBG    ' / Bayer color pattern       
However I was unsatisfied with the colours produced by Siril.
This pushed me to investigate what happened.
Thus changing the FITS header with a text editor was the simplest way to proceed without having to capture new photos.
Now I realised that the ZWO people made a mistake : the parameters should be :
XBAYROFF= 0 / X offset of Bayer array
YBAYROFF= 1 / Y offset of Bayer array
BAYERPAT= 'GRBG    ' / Bayer color pattern       

Then I realised that Siril reads the XBAYROFF and XBAYROFF values but doesn't allow to modify them conveniently.
If Siril allows to override BAYERPAT (which is good) it should also allow to modify XBAYROFF and XBAYROFF

Ok I understand. But why do you change the offset with an editor  ???
If you don't change anything it would work.

I ve no problem with adding these textbox but I would like to understand.

... in other words, the Siril settings should allow to modify XBAYROFF and YBAYROFF as it allows to modify BAYERPAT.

I was probably not clear enough.
If you let Siril set the Bayer pattern to BGGR but change the FITS header of the file (using a simple text editor) :
from : XBAYROFF=                    0 / X offset of Bayer array
to : XBAYROFF=                    1 / X offset of Bayer array
Siril will output a different RGB image.
See the attached file to compare the Siril outputs.

Why do you want to change.
Let Siril select the right pattern, check the option to read from top to bottom and it should be fine.

The FITS header of a Light created by KStars contains the 3 following parameters XBAYROFF, XBAYROFF and BAYERPAT .
In my case (I use a ZWO camera) :
XBAYROFF= 0 / X offset of Bayer array
YBAYROFF= 1 / Y offset of Bayer array
BAYERPAT= 'GRBG    ' / Bayer color pattern                           
These parameters can be set in the INDI Control Panel / Image Info.
The Bayer pattern can be overriden in Siril by using the Settings / Other Debayer dialog.
This might be helpful but the problem is that Siril keeps taking into account the XBAYROFF, XBAYROFF values of the FITS header.
Could you please introduce entries for the XBAYROFF, XBAYROFF parameters in Siril ?
